Acknowledgment of Business Membership Requirements and Dues

Please acknowledge that you have read and understand the following requirements for Business Membership with the 榴莲视频 (AGS):

A minimum of three (3) recommendations as required by the AGS Membership Policies currently in effect. Note: The AGS membership team will provide the specific requirements and support you in obtaining the recommendations.
Business Type Requirements:
- Retail: Be engaged in the retailing of jewelry, watches, and/or jewelry-related services.
  - The business will employ at least one Credentialed Employee (Registered Jeweler or higher). Note: New members or those undergoing staffing changes have up to two (2) years from date of membership approval or staffing change to meet this requirement.
  - If applicable, each additional storefront the business operates will have at least one employee with a Designation or Credential (Certified Sales Associate/Jewelry Evaluation Advisor^庐 or higher).
- Partner: Be engaged in the manufacture, distribution, design, or provision of services related to jewelry, including appraisals, gemstones, watches, or related products.
All Business Types: A representative of the business will complete the AGS 101 education module.
All Business Types: The business possesses a microscope or equivalent gemological equipment or technology suitable for proper gem identification, if applicable.

Business Membership (includes one location/brand): $1,695
Additional locations/brands, if applicable: $475 (Note: All Business member locations/brands are required to be disclosed.)

All applicants are enrolled in the Standard Business Membership, as outlined in the Annual Dues section above.
Businesses may upgrade their membership level by selecting one of the options:

Diamond Level 鈥� $2,000
(In addition to the $1,695 base dues and $475 per location/brand, if applicable.)
Diamond represents the pinnacle of AGS membership, offering exclusive privileges, larger discounts, greater visibility, and the highest level of distinction.

Gold Level 鈥� $1,000
(In addition to the $1,695 base dues and $475 per location/brand, if applicable.)
Gold provides enhanced visibility, expanded resources, increased discounts, and new opportunities to showcase your AGS business.

I acknowledge, by digitally signing below, that I have read and understand the requirements and annual membership dues for Business membership. I certify that I am the principal or majority owner of the business and that the information provided is complete, true, and accurate. I understand that the accuracy of this information and the ability to verify it are required for membership. I authorize an investigation into the credit report of the business, as well as all other information provided, and authorize the release of information concerning damages or liabilities that might result from such a report or from verifying the submitted information.
